It is the first true infrastructure public-private partnership PPP program dedicated to the training of senior civil servants involved in the procurement of large and complex infrastructure projects in Africa, and which engaged governments, leading academic institutions and the private sector players. A Unique Approach The AIFP aims to create the conditions and momentum for change in public infrastructure procurement and delivery in Africa, through partnerships that build capacity and break down any perceived or real barriers in understanding.
